Just in- October 21st at 2008 3:00PM EDT

Shurm and I had a telephone conversation today and he is offering the PSG an exclusive monthly Q and A session for phans and prospective customers to ask your questions regarding the games, or important issues you may be having regarding your Phantom experience.

The format will goes as follows:

* Send in your questions to Shurm or any of the EFX staff. Please make sure these are in question form, and not just your thoughts, it is difficult to answer someone's thoughts but easy to answer a specific question.

* The appropriate person to answer your question will then respond  and it will be printed in the newsletter.It will be a much easier format that having to sift through multiple threads on the forum :)

* This will be done on a once a month basis, and questions can be sent in the first week of the month and printed two weeks later. We need to give the staff 2 weeks to get the replies back to me .

This will be every month, and any questions coming in after the Q and A session can be saved for the following session.

Shurm wants us all to know he is listening and your feedback is very important and valuable. Due to the many tasks and responsiblities of keeping PhantomEFX running, he realizes how it can get frustrating when questions get overlooked and people feel unheard or do not get the answer they are looking for.
Hopefully the Q and A sessions can help allieviate some of that, and we can build from there :)

So get your questions in to Shurm and the EFX staffers and look for them in a future newsletter !
